The 192 cm, 27-year-old center joins from <strong>Club Joventut Badalona<\/strong>, where she had one of the most dominant seasons of her career.<\/p><p>Coulibaly began her professional career with <strong>CB Islas Canarias<\/strong>, debuting in the <strong>Spanish top division<\/strong> during the 2015\u201316 season. She then played two seasons in the <strong>LF Endesa<\/strong> with <strong>Snatt\u2019s Femen\u00ed Sant Adri\u00e0<\/strong>, establishing herself as one of the league\u2019s most promising young centers. In 2019, she moved to France to play for <strong>Landerneau<\/strong>, and returned a year later to Spain with <strong>IDK Euskotren<\/strong>, where she spent four seasons before joining <strong>La Penya<\/strong> last summer.<\/p><p>The 2024\u201325 season with <strong>Joventut Badalona<\/strong> was her best yet in terms of stats and individual accolades: <strong>22 points per game with 61.6% shooting from two, 10.8 rebounds, and a league-leading efficiency rating of 29<\/strong>. She was named <strong>MVP of the round 12 times<\/strong>, selected for the <strong>LF Endesa\u2019s Best Five<\/strong>, and was a top contender alongside Bibby for the season MVP.<\/p><p>With this signing, the club continues to shape its women\u2019s basketball project for the <strong>2025\u201326 season<\/strong>, with <strong>Mariam Coulibaly as the tenth confirmed player on Spar Girona\u2019s roster<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>Statement from Pere Puig, Sports Director:<\/strong><br>\u201cWith Coulibaly, we were looking for a classic center with strong presence in the paint.
